Apprentice Cabinet Maker

We’re looking for a motivated Apprentice Cabinet Maker to join our Fisher Kitchens team in the Adelaide Hills. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone finishing school or starting out in the trade to learn the craft of cabinet making from the ground up.
- What You'll Do
- Work alongside experienced cabinet makers to learn the full process of cabinetry manufacture and installation.
- Assist in preparing and assembling custom cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and more.
- Learn how to safely use tools, machinery, and manufacturing equipment (CNC, edge bander, etc.).
- Support installations on-site, gaining hands-on experience in real client projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
- Develop skills in reading plans.
- Be an active team member, supporting day-to-day workshop tasks.
- Who You Are
- Genuinely interested in a career in cabinet making and the manufacturing industry.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work.
- Able to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute to a team environment.
- Practical, hands-on, and comfortable with physical work.
- Previous woodworking or trade-related studies/experience (desirable but not essential).
